Welcome to Little City UK - founded in 2017, we are now a 38-strong team across England, Wales and Scotland offering mobile role play events in the community, schools, nurseries and private hire. 

Little City originally opened in 2017 in Essex, offering role play stay and play sessions to local families in local halls, churches and community centres. Since then we have franchised the business and now operate across England, with new branches recently opening in South Wales and Glasgow. 

Our unique, and bespoke backdrops and play areas offer all children an immersive role play experience but it is really our team who bring it to life - they bring the fun! We believe all children should be given the opportunity to just PLAY... because that is where the magic learning happens - and at Little City, our team of qualified teachers, early years experts, nursery room leaders and more bring the City to life every day through stay-and-play sessions in their local community to birthday parties, and workshops in schools, nurseries and pre-schools. 

In 2025 we visited over 800 schools and nurseries - we are fast becoming one of top trusted UK providers of play workshops in early years settings - but why? Because our resources and the experience the children get is unique, easily accessed by all children, instantly recognisable and holds literally hundreds of early years learning opportunities - and the best bit? We come to your setting - no costly off-site trips or extra staff needed.
