Equalitas works with early years settings to develop the next generation of Early Years Teachers through a rigorous EYITT programme.
 

Practitioners train in their setting while completing a carefully sequenced programme, leading to Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) in one academic year. The training brings together expert guidance, purposeful study and immediate application in practice.
