The University of Hertfordshire’s Early Years Teacher Degree Apprenticeship offers a high‑quality route for early years professionals to gain a full undergraduate degree and Early Years Teacher Status while continuing to work in their setting.

Designed in partnership with employers, the apprenticeship enables practitioners to earn while they learn, developing confident, reflective early years teachers who make an immediate impact in practice.
