In this seminar Cheryl will be sharing her lived and working experiences of ensuring connection, belonging and trust are the foundation of our practice and provision to ensure neurodivergent children thrive.  How we can and must provide a safe space with clear strategies that centre around knowing our children and creating early years settings that celebrate, affirm and validate who our children are.  Our children do well when they can, so let’s together create spaces where they feel they, absolutely can.
