In this seminar Cheryl Warren will sit down with Dr Mine Conkbayir and sharing their lived and working experiences to help understand how we can truly listen to what our neurodivergent children are telling us they need through their behaviours. It can be tricky to understand neurodivergent differences, so this session will tell us about behaviours that stem from a need for survival as well as communication and how by seeing our children through a different neurodiversity affirming lens, we can meet their needs and reduce meltdowns and shutdowns.
