Daily music activities in early years, lay strong foundations for language, phonics, literacy and learning in a school environment. Boogie Mites neuroscience informed music activities are evidenced to build these strong foundations in a fun and engaging way, boosting educator wellbeing at the same time.

This presentation explores the neuroscience evidence and evaluation of Boogie Mites work that shows the incredible power of daily music activities led by educators, parents/carers who are with the children every day. The focus will be on the benefits for language and literacy, through the superpower music activities for developing sound processing and rhythmic awareness.

There will be some group music making activities to demonstrate the impact on adult wellbeing as well as the type of original songs Boogie Mites have written to harness the brain boosting power of music.
