Angelica de Assis is the CEO of Kerens Nurseries, bringing over 25 years of experience in early years education, quality assurance, and senior leadership. She has led large groups of nurseries, overseeing operational performance, quality standards, financial management, and regulatory compliance. Her background also includes working as an Early Years Ofsted Inspector, giving her deep insight into best practice across nurseries, preschools, childminders, and out‑of‑school settings, as well as supporting new startups and the integration of newly acquired provisions.
Angelica is passionate about delivering high‑quality, inclusive childcare that supports every child’s development and wellbeing. Her values centre on integrity, collaboration, diversity, and putting children and families at the heart of every decision.
