Clare Devlin brings deep expertise in play, creativity, observation, and outdoor learning, supporting early years educators across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. Through her bespoke programmes, she helps educators notice more, think more deeply, and design learning that is purposeful, playful, and richly responsive to children. Clare began as a Foundation Stage teacher before becoming a Primary and Early Years Adviser with her local Education Authority. As Director of Programmes with Early Years, she played a pivotal role in shaping the Sure Start Developmental Programme for Two- & Three-Year-Olds in Northern Ireland. Passionate about outdoor learning, Clare also serves as an associate trainer with Outdoors Thinking, helping educators harness the power of nature to inspire young minds.
