Clare has over 17 years’ experience in the early years sector, having held a range of roles across schools, nursery groups, and consultancy. She joined Minoa Education as Early Years Director in October 2025. Clare is passionate about inspiring others across the sector to deliver high-quality, meaningful learning experiences that enable every child to thrive.
