With over 10 years of experience in the early years sector, Dan began his career as an apprentice and has since progressed into leadership, now serving as Quality Manager across multiple sites within Little Adventures Nurseries. In this role, he supports settings in embedding strong safeguarding practices, delivering a high-quality curriculum, and role modelling outstanding early years education.

Dan is driven by a passion for giving every child the best possible start in life and is committed to supporting practitioners in delivering meaningful, impactful learning, he works closely with teams to nurture confident, reflective practice and raise standards across the board.

Focused on building environments where both children and educators can thrive, Dan continues to champion excellence in early years provision throughout the sector.
