PHD Student, University of Worcester

Emma is a lecturer and researcher specialising in early years leadership, with a focus on ethics, inclusion and practitioner wellbeing. Alongside her doctoral research, she draws on her background in leading early years provision to explore care-centred and relational approaches to leadership. Her work highlights the importance of reflective supervision, practitioner voice, and sustainable leadership in supporting high-quality practice across the sector.
