Known for her dedication to creating learning environments that truly serve the needs of children, her mission to "change a million children’s lives" is evident through her groundbreaking work.

As the founder of the pioneering Atelier 21 Future School for 4-16 years and Little Barn Owls Forest and Farm School Early Years Group, Hayley combines evidence-based research, neuroscience and a passion for future fit education to inspire transformation in the education and leadership space. Her pedagogy draws heavily from the principles of the Reggio Emilia Approach, with educators across her businesses regularly travelling to Italy to deepen their understanding of this globally renowned approach.
