Dr Lewis Fogarty is the founder of Edventurous Leadership and Always Growing Ltd, an early education and childcare company employing over 30 staff across multiple settings. With more than two decades in education, leadership, and personal development, Lewis is passionate about helping individuals lead themselves first — believing that self-leadership is the foundation of great leadership and high-quality early years practice.

Alongside his work in the early years sector, Lewis is Director of Education at Brunel University London, where he teaches and researches leadership, curriculum, and professional growth. He is also a Trustee of TACTYC and former Co-Convenor of BERA’s Early Childhood Research Interest Group.

Lewis’s mission is to make leadership development accessible to all and to inspire educators to create the best conditions for themselves, their teams, and the children they nurture to thrive
