Preeti’s extensive experience as an early years practitioner underpins the support and development she offers students and their learning experiences across a wide portfolio of Montessori training and recognised qualifications. After fifteen years as a qualified Early Years Educator and Nursery Manager in a Montessori day-care nursery, she is passionate about mentoring and supporting staff teams and individual practitioners.

Preeti previously held the position of lead Academic Placement Tutor for Diploma and Degree level programmes and Course Leader, recognising the diverse skills and professionalism required for the early years sector. She currently oversees academic and support staff, ensuring that both trainees and their qualifications are effectively prepared to succeed and enhance the sector. Preeti is alert to the demands of discipline specialism and the challenges of delivery of regulated qualifications. Of particular focus for Preeti is the importance of integral onsite experiences through work practice and placements for students, new teachers and educators entering the sector.
