Speakers

Rachel is an experienced education professional with a strong foundation in early childhood education and business. She holds an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management.

With experience across daycare centers and Montessori schools, Rachel spent eight years running her own Montessori school, where she led operations and supported both children and staff. She has also worked as a Teacher Education tutor for MCI, a STAR Assessor for the Montessori Global Education’s Quality Recognition Framework - STAR, and an e-course administrator for the programmes delivered by the organisation.

Rachel is passionate about supporting high-quality Montessori education and fostering growth in both learners and educators.
