Robert Fox is a neurodivergent early years educator, nursery owner, and founder of Active Childhood UK. Beginning his journey at just fifteen as a volunteer in a village school, Rob has worked in a wide range of early years contexts and regulatory roles, underpinned by vocational and academic study at Kingston and Anglia Ruskin universities. He is passionate about relational pedagogy, poetic documentation, and inclusive leadership. Rob owns Happy Bunnies Nursery School in Shepreth, Cambridgeshire a Reggio-inspired setting committed to sustainability, care, and community. As a writer, speaker, and trainer, Rob brings authenticity, humour, and heart to every keynote, advocating for children, practitioners, and the soul of early years education.
