Sarah Pengelly is Programme Manager at non-profit charity Human Values Foundation and developed The BIG Think values-based programmes: The BIG 3 + ME for Early Years PSED – developed with Educational Endowment Foundation -  and The BIG 5 for Primary PSHE. She taught in London primary schools for 12 years, studied for an MA Educational Psychotherapy (with 1-year infant observation) and previously worked at BBC Creative Services. Sarah is passionate about education equality, pupil voice, teacher wellbeing and the development of the whole-child.
