Simon Airey is an autistic early childhood educator, trainer, and consultant specialising in neuroaffirming practice. With 25 years’ experience in education, Simon has held a variety of roles including class teacher, subject leader, intervention teacher, phase leader, and member of SLT, and is currently working as a supply teacher. He works with schools, nurseries, and parents and carers to create environments where neurodivergent children and adults feel supported and valued. Drawing on lived experience, he shares practical strategies and personal insight to help others celebrate neurodiversity as a strength.
