Sue Tee is a curriculum developer for the Primary Years Programme (PYP) at the IB Global Office in The Hague. With extensive experience across the primary age range, Sue's passion lies in early years education and learning through play. She has spent most of her career to collaborating with exceptional educators and children in this field.

Deeply interested in play, Sue has worked with educators from different contexts on the development of support materials to help educators in PYP schools understand the benefits of play, how play can support learning and the role the educator has in play.

Prior to joining the IB, Sue worked in schools in the UK, Hong Kong, and The Netherlands in both teaching and administrative roles.
