Speakers

Syenna is the Early Years Lead and Deputy School Lead at Ringwood Waldorf School, with over 20 years of experience as an early childhood practitioner. Syenna also works as a tutor for a Steiner Waldorf full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator course. She focuses on fostering a good understanding of child development and mindful care that enables strong, supportive relationships with families in settings. Her work as an Upper School Science teacher provides a practical balance to her early years expertise, offering a holistic perspective on the child’s journey from early childhood through to the autonomy of adolescence.
