After joining eyworks as part of the Sales Team in February 2016, I’ve progressed to my current role as Head of Growth, where I oversee our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations. Over the years, I’ve attended numerous Early Years events, building strong relationships with providers and suppliers across the sector. These connections have given me valuable insight into how the industry operates and evolves, helping me identify where our software can best support continued growth. As a parent to two fantastic children under five, I also get a very real (if small!) perspective on the challenges Early Years professionals navigate every day.
