Tom is the Operations Director for Naturally Learning and Cornish Early Childhood, where he leads the development of forest school, beach school, and outdoor, nature-based education. With a deep passion for the natural world, Tom has dedicated his career to creating meaningful outdoor learning experiences that connect children with nature from the earliest years.

He is a strong advocate for sustainability in early childhood, believing that a child’s relationship with the environment begins through hands-on exploration, curiosity, and care. Through his work, Tom supports educators to embed nature-rich, sustainable practices into everyday provision, helping to nurture environmentally aware and responsible future generations.
