Sinead Johnson is CEO of Chalk Nursery Group, which she established with Downing LLP. Launched in 2024 with the acquisition of Katey’s House in Southwest London, Chalk has since expanded through the acquisition of Red Bus Nurseries (three large sites in Bristol) and, most recently, Moon River in Bristol. Sinead has held senior leadership roles across the early years sector, including Kids Unlimited and Asquith Nurseries, and spent three years at David Lloyd Clubs. Previously, she was with All About Children, leading the business through its 2022 sale to Dutch childcare group Partou.
