Who can attend Nursery World’s Big Day Out?
Nursery World’s Big Day Out is for everyone in the early years community and is relevant to all roles within and connected to the sector.
Children under 16 are allowed at the event under the supervision of an adult, but are strictly not permitted to access any seminars. No children under 18 are allowed onsite during the show’s set-up or breakdown.
What subjects will be covered at Nursery World’s Big Day Out?
The programme focuses on a rich mix of important topics central to early years best practice and policy.
Sessions are delivered by well-renowned early years experts and are designed to be informative, educational and practical, helping attendees take away new ideas they can put into practice straightaway.

What are the opening times of the event?
Nursery World’s Big Day Out 2027 takes place on Friday 14 May 2027.
Final opening times will be confirmed closer to the event.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Nursery World’s Big Day Out is CPD certified. Visitors who attend will be emailed their certificate after the event.
Please make sure your badge is scanned as you enter the event so that a record is kept of your attendance.
Are refreshments available at Nursery World’s Big Day Out?
Yes. There will be a catering point on the main exhibition floor serving tea, coffee, cold drinks and sandwiches.
Visitors can also eat at the Gallery Restaurant on the Gallery Level.
Is there disabled access at Nursery World’s Big Day Out?
Yes. The Business Design Centre has disabled access throughout the venue.
If you require additional support, such as a signer, please contact us before the show and we will try to arrange this for you.

Will photos and video be taken at Nursery World’s Big Day Out?
Yes. Photos and video will be taken by the official photographer and videographer for use in publicity materials by the Mark Allen Group.
By registering for Nursery World’s Big Day Out, you are agreeing that any photographs or videos taken of you may be used in event marketing.
